Nearly a decade after Obergefell v. Hodges required all states to allow same-sex marriage, a legal appeal by Kim Davis is targeting the ruling. The appeal argues the verdict against Davis wasn't supported by evidence and her monetary damages should be taken off the books. It claims her First Amendment rights were unlawfully trumped by the Obergefell decision. Find out more.
