Daily Briefing: Kentucky case shows how voter fraud really looks

The last election fraud case in Kentucky took place two years ago in Monroe County and ended with seven convictions. A vote-buying scheme occurred where one man sold his vote for $25 and one woman used her vote as a trading chip for a pint of whiskey, to name a few incidents.
