    Would the Kentucky 'school choice' amendment help students? Some people are worried about one of the two constitutional amendments on the November ballot.

    The measure would let the state legislature steer money to different educational opportunities, including private and charter schools, in a move proponents say offers families more choice.

    If the amendment succeeds, the General Assembly could introduce a school choice program as early as next session something many states nationwide have already done, to varying effect. Learn more here.
