Please put the blame where it lies. As a retired teacher from JCPS, my opinion about school misconduct has nothing to do with schools.

Teachers are dedicated to teaching students to be successful. Many times, this is not possible because of the constant interruptions from unruly students.

If children are not taught respect at home, then how can they have any at school? Please put the blame on the lack of home training.

Parents should lead by example at home. Kids treated with respect return it.Show them respect. Always. Show it not just to your kids but to everyone. In the simple words of Albert Einstein, “speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.”It begins in the home.
