    The Courier & Press will highlight the top high school performances each night this fall.

    Monday, October 7

    Ivan Bennett, Memorial: The junior had two goals and two assists in a 13-0 sectional win against Bosse.

    Finn Hussman, North: The freshman had a shutout in net for the Huskies in a 1-0 sectional win over Reitz.

    Henry Martin, North Posey: The senior scored twice in a 3-2 sectional victory against Evansville Christian.

    Cam Marx, Mater Dei : The senior had two goals and two assists in a 4-2 sectional win over Boonville.

    Carlee Rogers, Jasper: The senior had 13 kills, five aces and five assists in a three-set win over Forest Park.

    Daniel Tkachuk, Castle: The senior had one goal and two assists in a 10-0 sectional win over Central.

    Tuesday, October 8

    Camden Ames, Tell City: The junior scored twice for the Marksmen in a 5-1 sectional win over Day School.

    Brooke Herdes, Mater Dei: The senior recorded her 1,000th career kill in a loss to Castle.

    Caroline Kenworthy, Castle: The senior totaled 11 digs and three aces in a three-set victory against Mater Dei to clinch the Knights' fifth straight SIAC title.

    Paige Memmer, Forest Park: The sophomore had two goals and two assists in an 11-0 sectional win over Shoals.

    Lili Phegley, North Knox: The senior scored the game-winning goal in a 3-2 sectional win against Bloomfield.

    Brooke Silva, North: The sophomore scored the Huskies' lone goal in a 1-0 sectional victory against Jasper.

    Addy Snow, Gibson Southern: The sophomore totaled 19 kills, nine digs, three blocks and three aces in a four-set victory against Pike Central.

    Reece Wolf, Forest Park: The senior scored twice for the Rangers in a 6-0 sectional win over South Spencer.
