    Paulding County grand jury indicts 10 persons

    PAULDING — A Paulding County grand jury has returned indictments against 10 persons, according to Prosecutor Joe Burkard’s office.

    Indicted were:

    • Ketwain Meridith Jr., 23, Toledo, for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Joe Saurez, 41, Oakwood, for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Austin Yant, 29, 701 Holly Glen Drive, for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Kobe Cutlip, 19, Paulding, for attempt to commit an offense, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Donald Fee, 62, Paulding, for disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Allison Kline, 27, Continental, for counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Heather Book, 37, Paulding, for theft, receiving stolen property and theft from a person in a protected class, each a fifth-degree felony.

    • Sarah Collier, 41, Paulding, for identity fraud, theft from a person in a protected class, theft and receiving stolen property, each a fifth-degree felony.

    • Daniel Ordway, 30, Oakwood, for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Jose Sanchez, 45, Van Wert, for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.
