Jeremy Shaffer, 43, Oakwood, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and was bound over to Paulding County Common Pleas Court.

Dismissed: Ruben Perez, Defiance, disorderly conduct (two counts).
