    Paulding County grand returns indictments against six

    PAULDING — A Paulding County grand jury has returned indictments against six persons, according to Prosecutor Joe Burkard’s office.

    Indicted were:

    • Jeremy Shaffer, 43, Oakwood, for felonious assault, a second-degree felony with a specification for forfeiture of property. He allegedly caused, or attempted to cause, physical harm to another man with a firearm on April 18.

    • Michael Dunn, 37, Latty, for gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

    • David Bidlack, 33, Antwerp, for aggravated menacing, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Joshua Brown, 37, Oakwood, for theft, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Larry Dix, 52, Paulding, for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Samantha Stahl, 44, Paulding, for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
