    Erica Gomez, 36, Wauseon, appeared for sentencing on charges of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. She was placed on community control for three year with conditions, including that she continue treatment with Maumee Valley Guidance Center.

    Chelsie Hartman, 35, Bowling Green, appeared for sentencing on a charge of strangulation, a fourth-degree felony. She was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that she receive a dual diagnoses assessment, follow any treatment recommendations and complete the batterers’ intervention program at the Center for Child and Family Advocacy in Henry County. Charges of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony; two counts of domestic violence, one a fourth-degree felony, the other a first-degree misdemeanor; and an additional count of strangulation, a third-degree felony, were dismissed.

    Donald Clagg, 46, Toledo, pleaded guilty to theft, a fourth-degree; and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, and his motion for drug treatment in lieu of conviction was granted. He was placed under supervision for three years and ordered to comply with all treatment recommendations. A charge of burglary, a second-degree felony, was dismissed.

    Jaimie Fouty, 37, Wauseon, pleaded guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
