    Paulding common pleas

    Michael Dunn, 37, Latty, appeared for sentencing on a charge of sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. He was given an 18-month prison term and classified as a Tier II sexual offender.

    Brandon Moser, 22, Paulding, appeared for sentencing on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years with conditions, including that he serve 74 days in Paulding County Jail with credit for 74 days served while his case was pending and complete an inpatient treatment program as well as the Paulding County Drug Court Program, if admitted.

    Robert Zorman, 32, Van Wert, appeared for sentencing on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years with conditions, including that he serve nine days in jail with credit for nine days previously served while his case was pending and complete the New Day Recovery aftercare program.

    Barret Ramsey, 19, Paulding, pleaded guilty to attempted assault, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was set for Sept. 17.

    Joshua Brown, 37, Columbus, pleaded not guilty to theft from a person in a protected class, a fourth-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial conference was set for Sept. 24 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
