Amanda Romero, 42, Wauseon, appeared for sentencing on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. She was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that she make restitution of $3,786.23 to the Wauseon Walmart and have no contact with that business.

Jeffrey Colon, 73, Archbold, pleaded guilty to seven counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
