Pet of the week: New opportunities await with Heidi by your side

CULLMAN, Ala. – Heidi, The Cullman Tribune’s Pet of the Week, is approximately 1.5 years old and is a gorgeous shepherd mix with medium energy.

She is a patient girl who quietly watches the world go by in her kennel, but we know she’s looking for you to come pick her up for new adventures.

Heidi adores and just loves her people as much as her treats, which is a hard choice for some but not her.

She’s a beautiful soul who wants nothing more than to be close to you. Heidi truly is the best example of a therapy/companion/hiking dog!

Are you ready to have a pal like Heidi? Visit the shelter at 935 Convent Road NE. It is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. If she’s already been adopted, don’t fret! She let us know  a lot of her friends are waiting for homes.

Her adoption fee includes a spay, DHLPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccines, rabies vaccine, wormer, general exam at the vet and microchip.
