Firstly an evaluation needs to be done on the funds spent and the amount of work was actually done before pointing the finger. It was a foolish undertaking of our previous city president one can’t push past the thought of just how much financial kickback might’ve been involved. The person(s) involved apparently don’t care how the city and its residents might suffer from this idiotic action
