    News of public record: Guernsey County restaurant inspections

    The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Guernsey County Health Department from April 1 to 5.

    April 1

    Love Petroleum, 9547 Cadiz Road, Cambridge. The facility does not have a verifiable employee health reporting agreement on file.

    April 2

    Southgate Marathon, 2246 Southgate Parkway, Cambridge. The handwashing sink is being used for storage.

    April 4

    Bobcat Nutrition, 1306 1/2 Woodlawn Ave., Cambridge. Employees are using a designated hand sink to fill blender pitchers. Quaternary ammonium solution in a three-compartment sink had a concentration of 100 parts per million (PPM). Quaternary ammonium solutions for the sanitizing of food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils shall have a minimum concentration of 200 PPM.
