Restaurant inspections serve up ‘A’ ratings to seven locals

BROOKHAVEN — Eight local restaurants and businesses passed Mississippi Department of Health Inspections. Seven of the eight earned “A” ratings in the last week.

MSDH reported Bo Bo Buffett, located at 1211 Brookway Boulevard, earned a “B” rating for the second straight time and the sixth time since 2016.

Serio’s Pizzeria, located at 216 South Whitworth Avenue, earned an “A” rating for the third straight time. It was the restaurant’s eighth “A” rating since 2020.

Star Drive-In, located at 702 East Monticello Street, earned an “A” rating for the 9th straight time since 2020.

Brookhaven’s Wendy’s location earned an “A” rating for the 17th straight time since 2016.

Sullivan’s Grocery Store earned an “A” rating for the seventh time since 2020. Sullivan’s is located at 215 US51 North.

The Auction, located at 3615 Ruth Drive SE, earned an “A” rating for the sixth time since 2019.

Tortilla Soup (Bar), located at 112 South Whitworth Avenue, earned an “A” rating for the fourth straight time since 2021.

Tip’s Triple Master Grill, currently located at 121 Main Street, Brookhaven, earned an “A” rating for the fourth straight time.
