    Girls Soccer

    Triway 10, Firestone 0

    Ava Gaffey scored just 23 seconds into this battle and Triway never looked back in downing Firestone.Julia Root bagged a hat trick, Gaffey finished with a pair of goals while Ellie Golias, Ava Golias, Reilly Grossjean, Cabella Ballard and Sara Berger each buried one apiece.

    Orrville 2, Fairless 2

    Orrville and Fairless couldn't decide matters after 80 minutes of play as they finished in a tie.Emma Brede and Val Gonzales each scored for the Red Riders, who outshot the Falcons 16-9.

    Volleyball

    Northwestern 3, Mapleton 0 (25-11, 25-21, 25-21)

    Facing an Ashland county rival, Northwestern withstood Mapleton's late charge to earn this win. Alexa Riffel led the Huskies with 22 assists and five aces, Morgan Ervin anchored the defense with 13 digs and Kayln Nelson added nine digs.

    Fairless 4, Tuslaw 1 (21-25, 25-15, 25-22, 25-22)

    Tuslaw gave it a ride before falling to conference rival Fairless. Hailey Conrad led the Mustangs with 15 kills and 18 digs, Danica Crescenze dished out 35 assists and Tess O'Donnell finished with 11 digs.

    Tennis

    Marlington 3, Chippewa 2

    Abby Sines and Clara Kirkhart both notched wins, but it wasn't enough as Marlington rallied for the win. Sines picked up a dominant 6-1, 6-0 win and Kirkhard matched her with a 6-0, 6-1 victory at second singles. At third singles, Makenzie Dulin battled before falling 6-2. 7-6 (2).

    Boys Golf

    Smithville 156, Dalton 172

    Smithville earned this win over league rival Dalton at Riceland Golf Course. Owen Ward paced all golfers with a 38 while Mason Shutt and Jax Riggenbach both fired 39's and Gavin Von Almen carded a 40. The Bulldogs were led by Thad Weaver with a 39 and Zach , who finished with a 42.
