Soccer: Greenville United still seeking first NPSL victory

Greenville United is still trying to find a groove early this season similar to the one that carried the team on an unbeaten run last year.

United dropped its second National Premier Soccer League game in as many tries on Friday night, falling 4-0 to Charlottetown Hops, which followed a May 11 1-0 setback against Hickory.

The Bucks will see their schedule pick up in coming weeks, including playing a friendly on Wednesday at Tobacco Road in Durham.

After that, GUFC travels to face Hickory again in NPAL play on Saturday, then returns home to host Port City on June 5 before trekking west again to face Appalachian FC on June 8.
