Mulvey, West honored by state Realtors association

VENICE — Jim Mulvey of Re/Max Palm Realty has been honored by the Florida Association of Realtors with the Realtor Achievement Award for Florida.

The award recognizes a Realtor who serves as manager, broker of record or officer of his company. The award acknowledges the previous three years’ contributions to the community, local, state and national Realtor associations.

Mulvey served as 2023 Venice Board President and in many other volunteer capacities for the associations, as well as non-profits and the Board’s Regional Multiple Listing Service, Stellar MLS.

Peter West of Bishop West Real State was honored by the Florida Realtors Global Committee as Newcomer of the Year. West is deeply involved at all three levels of the Realtor associations and has spearheaded the Board’s participation in the state’s global initiatives.

West also serves in many volunteer capacities at all levels of the Realtor Associations, as well as the Board’s Regional Multiple Listing Service, Stellar MLS.
