Delray Beach Commission Grants 3 Waivers for High-End 23-Unit Project
The Maxwell, a proposed 23-unit high end project slated for Pineapple Grove, was approved by the City Commission. In two separate applications, the project's representatives requested approval to use art deco for the architectural style of the building and 3 waivers to the City's development rules.

Delray Beach Mayor's Private Meeting Goes Public
Recently, Mayor Carney ruffled some feathers when he held an "Invitation Only" private meeting on September 5th to discuss the proposed "Atlantic Avenue Historic District." Among the chosen few attending the meeting were several Atlantic Ave property owners, a few members of the historic preservation community, and a selection of City Staff.
