You’re running out of time to catch up on season six of “Love Island USA,” the season that many fans have praised as the spinoff’s best (or even the best in the franchise).

The reality dating show born from “Love Island U.K.” has singles enter a villa in Fiji, who must couple up to stay on the show as new contestants, or “bombshells,” threaten to make people stray and contestants are voted out.

And some of those contestants happen to have some California ties.

The reunion comes amid a different type of bombshell in the “Love Island” universe. Season five "Love Island U.K." contestants Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury announced their split after five years together on Wednesday, USA TODAY reported .

For weeks, fans watched the drama unfold in the villa and Casa Amor. The drama continues with a pre-filmed reunion held in New York, USA TODAY reported .

Plenty of contestants come and go on “Love Island USA,” but the cast did feature multiple people with a California connection, according to the latest information posted by Peacock.

Kendall Washington’s hometown is San Diego, according to Peacock . He and Nicole Jacky placed fourth, and she lives in Sacramento, according to Marie Claire . Fan-favorite Leah Kateb, who placed second with Miguel Harichi, lives in Bell Canyon and is the first-place winner. Serena Page lives in Los Angeles, according to Peacock.

Bombshell Connor Newsum lives in Santa Monica, according to ABC affiliate KREM in Washington. Fellow bombshell Daia McGhee’s hometown is LA, and bombshell Destiny Herzog lives in LA, according to Peacock , while bombshell Sierra Mills’ hometown is Escondido.
