Eisenhower Health proudly announced on July 31 that it had been included in Soliant Health's annual list of the Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the United States, securing 32,354 votes and the list's No. 9 spot (out of 20).
Eisenhower was chosen from the more than 80 hospitals that were nominated.
Soliant Health is a health care employment company that provides medical staff to various facilities throughout the United States. Every year since 2009, it has been ranking outstanding hospitals in what it calls "a beauty contest that goes beyond architecture." According to a press release, the annual contest "seeks to discover hospitals in the U.S. that are not only beautiful but have unique designs, landscapes and elements, such as soothing art, gardens or supportive staff who know that laughter is sometimes the best medicine." So far, more than 200 facilities have been recognized.

The hospital receiving the most votes (347,484) was Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Ga.
