It's time to vote for the Week 6 Friday Night Hero, the last one before Desert Empire League play starts.

But before we do, let's look back at last week and who you chose as the Week 5 winner.

You voted online and on Instagram and you selected Shadow Hills receiver Brandon Peffers and his prolific pass-catching day to be last week's honoree.

This week's winner is, as always, up to you. Read what this week's five candidates did and then vote for your favorites at the bottom of this article at desertsun.com or at our desertsunsports Instagram page.

Whoever has the most votes at noon on Wednesday will be declared the winner. Here are this week's candidates in alphabetical order.
