Trump vs. Harris: new Michigan poll results

Vice President and Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris has all but erased a 7-percentage-point lead that Republican nominee Donald Trump had over Joe Biden last month in Michigan, a change of events that solidifies Michigan as a toss-up state in this year’s election.

The poll was completed by EPIC-MRA of Lansing for the Free Press and its media partners between the end of the Democratic National Convention last week in Chicago and Monday of this week. While Harris has made progress, Trump is still ahead by 1 percentage point in Michigan.
