    Bill Ford will be inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame later this month and the ceremony will be broadcast live from Michigan Central, according to a news release.

    Bill Ford joined Ford Motor Co. in 1979 as a product planning analyst and eventually rose to become chair in 1999, according to his biography. Ford has a focus on sustainability and recently cemented his legacy as the “visionary behind the resurrection” of Detroit’s iconic Michigan Central Station .
