College football schedule today: TV coverage, channels, scores for Week 3 Big Ten games

The second week of the 2024 college football season shook up what the potential 2024 12-team College Football Playoffs could look like.

Upsets and close calls marred many of the top 25 teams in the US LBM Coaches Poll , including the newest Big Ten Conference addition, Oregon, against Boise State at home. This week, the stakes are raised, with Oregon and fellow new addition Washington playing their respective in-state rivals, also known as the Pac-12 remnants.

Oregon travels to Corvallis, Oregon, to take on rival Oregon State in the Civil War, while Washington hosts rival Washington State in Seattle for the 116th rendition of the Apple Cup. Other big games include Wisconsin hosting No. 4 Alabama in Madison, Wisconsin, while No. 18 Notre Dame is on the road against Purdue.

UCLA plays its inaugural Big Ten game, hosting Indiana, as the lone inter-conference game of the week. Coming off a tough home loss to No. 3 Texas, No. 17 Michigan will look to bounce back against Arkansas State. One team that won't be in action in Week 3 is Ohio State, as the Buckeyes have their bye week.
