Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold exited the game with an apparent right shoulder injury on Monday night against the Seattle Seahawks at Ford Field , but came back in on the next drive.

The injury happened in the fourth quarter when Arnold came off the field holding his shoulder as the Lions were trying to slow down a suddenly red-hot Seahawks offense.

After heading to the sidelines, Arnold could be seen working with trainers, who were looking at his right shoulder. A short time later, Arnold was sitting with the other defensive backs and no longer with any trainers. Arnold missed only a few plays.

THE GAME: Lions vs. Seahawks score updates, highlights

The Lions were already thin because of injury. All-Pro center Frank Ragnow is out with a partially torn pectoral muscle and safety Brian Branch is out with an illness . The defense also lost Marcus Davenport, Derrick Barnes and Ifeatu Melifonwu to injured reserve last week.
