I will never buy Ryobi tools again, two years after sliding miter saw purchase the lock mechanism broke. So called for replacement parts, they didn’t make parts for that saw, they moved on. Now I have to use a c-clamp to hold it in place.

I tried, they canceled my order. Ordered the battery pack (which was the catch). The free item was a $80 grass trimmer (tiny kind for around trees and shrubs that you don't want cuts from the whacker) with shrub attachment. Would cost me $100. At this point I'm only paying for the batteries. Loved the deal. Then ordered the weed whacker for $60. Total cost was suppose to be $160 with a free $ 80 tool. They cancelled my free tool. They said it was out of stock. Found 3 other surrounding stores that had that exact small grass trimmer with shrub attachment.Very frustrated!
