Revisit Parker River National Wildlife Refuge in Newbury Mass after many years! A haven for both wildlife and human life. I can see miles long board walks are updated with new materials. So much thanks to National Park Services and generous donors! π¦π¦ π¦π¦π¦ββ¬ππΆπ»ββοΈπΆ

Unlike the national parks in the Southwest, Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a different kind of beauty. Everywhere is green, green and green that please your eyes and benefit your lungs! The parkβs numerous trails are havens for hikers, bikers, Kayakers and equestrians. The people live around this area are so lucky!π¦’ππ¦¦π¦π¦ββ¬π¦πΈπ¦

Crossed into two states to see Carlsbad Caverns National Park, NM and Guadalupe Mountains National Park, TX. Cellphone pictures canβt capture their magnificence, especially Carlsbad Caverns, its vastness, heights, depth and breadth. No wonder it qualified as a NP!π¦

White Sands National Park, not your regular sand dunes! You can walk barefoot without feeling hot because the sands are gypsum powders. Although the park is currently only open for a small area due to an aircraft crash, it is still pretty impressive! Itβs a life time experience!

Saguaros are about to bloom. Only when you come to Saguaro National Park you learned Saguaro is pronounced as Sah-WAR-oh and itβs the symbol of American Southwest. Saguaro forests were once heavily damaged by human activities until 1933 when it was established as a national monument and then as a national park in 1994. It is still recovering!π΅π΅π΅π΅

Revisit the Plymouth and Middleboro Herring Run. Glad to know there will be a wider and a smoother channel to be built next to the Plymouth Grist Mill to help the herrings swim against the strong currents around the dam much easier. The current fish ladders are so cruel to these fish! Some fish struggled to get over the ladder for 10 HOURS! You will not want to eat herrings any more! If you missed the run this year, make sure to visit next spring.
