    NBA games today: How to watch second day of tipoff, schedule

    The NBA's 82-game regular season hits full speed Wednesday as 20 teams play season openers in a full-slate followup to the Tuesday doubleheader that tipped off the season.

    The Houston Rockets are the only Texas team that goes, they host the Hornets at 6 p.m. Mountain time, as the San Antonio Spurs are at the Dallas Mavericks Thursday.

    Wednesday's games are in a tight window, beginning at 5 p.m. Mountain time with the West Coast tips coming at 8 p.m.

    One similarity to Tuesday is that two games will be on national television, with the rest available through the NBA League Pass.

    How to watch the NBA openers on Thursday

    ESPN will carry two games, the Milwaukee Bucks at Philadelphia 76ers and the Phoenix Suns at Los Angeles Clippers.
