Auto parts maker planning expansion

GOSHEN — An automotive parts supplier may receive economic incentives from the county as it looks to expand in the electric vehicle industry.

The Elkhart County Council passed a declaratory resolution for a possible tax phase-in for GDC Inc. The Goshen company was founded in 1955 and supplies original equipment manufacturer parts such as gaskets, filters and foam seals for major automakers.
