City advisory urges residents to boil water

ELKHART — Residents and businesses in a section of the city will be without water for about four hours Wednesday morning and a boil-water advisory will then be issued as crews repair a water-main valve.

As a precautionary measure, the city’s Public Works and Utilities Department has issued a temporary boil water advisory for the affected area starting Wednesday, Oct. 9.
