BROCKTON — The wild flavors of Vietnamese herbs and spices are now mobile thanks to the launch of N-Gon Trailer , a new business venture created by the popular drive-thru Vietnamese restaurant on the east side of Brockton.

The business is doing something it has never done before, but the owners are excited to show the city of Brockton what the food trailer has to offer.

"The sandwiches are now coming to you," said James Van Lam, co-owner of N-Gon Viet Subs .

Imagine throwing a party and having a food trailer pull up to your house, serving delicious meals to partygoers without cleanup. It sounds like a dream come true.

Now all your favorites are hitting the road and covering surrounding towns with their savory dishes, crispy Bánh mì, and fresh smoothies.

    What's on the menu?

Bánh mì is a traditional Vietnamese sandwich comprised of an airy crusty bread with meat and pickled garnishes.

The food trailer will offer a limited menu of rice and chicken sandwiches, salads, smoothies and fried egg rolls.

Customers can book the trailer for private events, corporate meetings, birthday parties, weddings, or any special occasion.

A permanent location where people can buy the food is still underway, and by following their social media accounts, the owners will keep you up to date on the progress and upcoming events.

One essential menu item worth noting is the tofu sandwiches and their creamy aioli sauce, which is made in-house daily.

"You won't find this type of flavor anywhere else. It's our creative recipe," Lam said.

The owner knows he has something "special" tucked away in Brockton, so he is spreading his culture and keeping family recipes alive.

Lam plans to think outside the box with his food trailer to give customers the ultimate food experience.

"Our flavor palate is like no other. No one has this flavor. It might taste similar, but ours has a more unique taste. In my opinion, we took the traditional sandwich flavors and perfected them," Lam said.

The end goal for the business is to expand and one day become a national food chain.
