Hudson, Hardison take new AP roles in Martin Co.

Martin County Schools announced new administrative assignments for the 2024-2025 school year.

Cliff Hudson will return to South Creek Middle School, where he served as assistant principal for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years. Hudson joins Brandon Howard, who has transitioned from Williamston Primary School to the school.

Hudson spent the past two school years at E.J. Hayes Elementary School serving as assistant principal. He spent more than a decade teaching science in the district, predominantly in high school, before transitioning to assistant principal and then the district’s STEM coordinator position.

“Mr. Hudson’s previous experience at South Creek Middle School and working at a district level are tremendous assets. He will be beneficial to assisting Mr. Howard in his new role and, most importantly, to the growth and success of the students of South Creek Middle School,” explained Dr. Michelle White, Superintendent of Martin County Schools.

Paige Hardison, who successfully completed her assistant principal internship earlier this year, has been appointed as the new assistant principal for South Creek Elementary School. She spent the first year of her internship at Jamesville Elementary School.

“Mrs. Hardison was a strong classroom teacher who wanted to take her career to another level,” said White. “As an administrative intern, she has shown great attention to detail and a true passion for children. When given feedback, she immediately puts it to work in order to better her service to our students. We are excited to see what Mrs. Hardison brings to the table this coming school year.”

Hardison joined Martin County Schools in 2017 as a teacher at Rodgers Elementary School and taught there until she began her internship in 2022.
