2 temporary closures coming to S.R. 26 near Pine Village

The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced two temporary closures east of Pine Village in Warren and Tippecanoe counties.

Beginning on or after Friday, crews will close State Road 26 at two locations.

The first is between County Road 600 East and County Road 725 East in Warren County.

The second is between just east of County Road 875 East and just east of the Warren/Tippecanoe County line.

During the closures, crews will be paving, widening and replacing structures along the road.

Work is expected to be complete by the end of the summer but is weather permitting and subject to change.

The official detour for these closures is S.R. 55 to Oxford, to S.R. 352 East to U.S. 52, to U.S. 231 South, down to S.R. 26.
