Duke baseball a No. 2 seed in 2024 NCAA Tournament, will play in Norman Regional

Duke baseball is a No. 2 seed in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

The Blue Devils (39-18), who won the ACC Tournament with a dominant performance in Charlotte, will open against No. 3 UConn (32-23) in the Norman Regional on Friday. No. 1 Oklahoma and No. 4 Oral Roberts are also in the regional.

The Norman Regional is paired with the Tallahassee Regional, which includes Florida State, Stetson, UCF and Alabama. The winners of the two regionals will play in the super regional round.

Duke won a regional last season before coming one win shy of a trip to the College World Series.

Regionals take place Friday through Monday. The winners of those double-elimination brackets will advance to the super regional round, a best-of-three series, from June 7-10.

The College World Series begins June 14 in Omaha.
