    Cumberland County Fair 2024: Schedule, ticket prices, food and festivities

    The annual Cumberland County Fair returns to Fayetteville later this month for 10 days of rides, food, art, agricultural exhibits and fun.

    Slated for Aug. 30 through Sept. 8 at 1960 Coliseum Drive, events happening throughout the week include livestock shows, games, a beer garden and a daily lineup of live music.

    The fair food lineup includes turkey legs, corn dogs, funnel cakes and freshly squeezed lemonade. There will be more than a dozen food trucks, including local vendors like Kwons Kitchen Korean Fusion Cuisine , Jane Cakes and BADO's Louisiana Kitchen .

    Standard admission is $10, but see the schedule for specials, including military and student discounts. Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com or at the ticket booth. Unlimited ride wristbands are $30 on the midway.

    Friday, Aug. 30

    Hours : Gates open at 5 p.m.

    Admission: Free for military members and first responders with identification, $5 for kids ages 3-12, $10 for ages 13 and older

    Entertainment: 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Ember Fire Arts show

    Main stage: 7-10 p.m. Third Crush

    Saturday, Aug. 31

    Hours: Gates open at 1 p.m.

    Admission: $10 for ages 13 and older

    Entertainment: 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Ember Fire Arts show

    Main stage: 2-5:30 p.m. Backline Band; 6:30-10 p.m. Hydryver

    Sunday, Sept. 1

    Hours: Gates open at 1 p.m.

    Admission: $5 off with church bulletin, $5 for kids ages 3-12, $10 for ages 13 and older

    Entertainment: Ember Fire Arts show at 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.

    Main stage: 2-3 p.m. Rapture Quartet; 3:20-4:30 p.m. Born Again; 5-6 p.m. Partners in Praise; 6:30-7:30 Travelin’ Lite; 7-10 p.m. Autumn Groove

    Monday, Sept. 2

    1-3 p.m.: Sensory-friendly hours, some rides with no music and no lights

    Tuesday, Sept. 3

    Hours: Gates open at 5 p.m.

    Admission: Free for seniors ages 65 and older, $2 for ages 3 and up

    Entertainment: 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Ember Fire Arts show

    Main stage: Karaoke contest

    Wednesday, Sept. 4

    Hours: Gates open at 5 p.m.

    Admission: Buy one ticket, get one free

    Specials: B & B Concessions hot dogs and corn dogs buy one, get one free and funnel cakes and fried Oreos buy one, get one free

    Entertainment: 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Ember Fire Arts show

    Main stage: Karaoke contest

    Thursday, Sept. 5

    Hours: Gates open at 5 p.m.

    Admission: Free with six non-perishable food items for donation to Second Harvest Food Bank, free for cardholders, $2 for students and school staff with valid identification, $5 for ages 3 and older

    Entertainment: 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Ember Fire Arts show

    Main stage: Karaoke finalist contest
