Montezuma, GA - If you're near Montezuma, Georgia, there is a restaurant that you have to try (even if you have to go a little out of your way). It's called Yoder's Restaurant. It offers authentic home-cooked meals, including roast beef, chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, bread, and so much more!

Their meals and warm, friendly service are worth the trip alone, but what really makes this locally owned restaurant stand out is their freshly baked goods. From pies and cakes to delicious pastries, you won't find anything better.

The restaurant is cafeteria-style. You walk down the line and choose the foods you want, including dessert. After your meal, be sure to visit the country store and take home your favorite baked goods for later.

A couple of things to keep in mind before you visit:

• They offer vegetarian and vegan options
• They are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Their hours are 11:30 AM- 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM, except for Wednesdays when they are only open 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
