Petting Zoo, Playground, Jumping Pillow...and That's Just the Start

For a fun family day, look no further than Forsyth, GA. The best part is that it is also incredibly affordable. For just $10 per person, admission includes all of the activities and a cup of feed (per person) for the petting zoo.

Either purchase tickets at the admission desk when you walk in or on slow days at the pavilion. You can either choose to pick up your cup of feed then or wait until later. They are very relaxed in understanding that not everyone wants to feed the animals immediately.

To the right of the pavilion are restrooms and 2 axe throwing booths. For safety, the axes are kept behind the counter, so you will have to ask for them. Directly behind the pavilion is the massive jumping pillow. It's perfect for kids (and adults) of all ages.

As you wander around, you will find a huge covered corn pit, tower slide, basketball toss game, cornhole, connect 4, and a huge chair that's great for photo ops.

Towards the front of the grounds is an incredible playground that's one of the best in Middle Georgia. Enjoy a picnic lunch and let the kids climb, crawl, and slide. After so much play, relax a while in the hammocks among the trees or watch your little ones pedal around the tricycle and scooter track.

When you get ready, grab your cup of feed and go feed the animals. There are a variety of cows, goats, sheep, pigs, and even a couple of rabbits. The animals are so friendly. Sometimes the goats get out, and you can hang with them up close and personal.

The relaxed atmosphere is phenomenal. It's like one big backyard playground. As of the time of this article, they are Thursday - Sunday opening at 12 PM. If you're looking for something fun to do, plan an afternoon to go see Twin Oaks Fun Farm in Forsyth, GA.
