Shrimp 'n Grits and Lobster Mac 'n Cheese: What's new for Jaguars fans at EverBank Stadium this season

Jacksonville Jaguars fans heading to EverBank Stadium for the team's season opener against the Cleveland Browns and other home games will have plenty of food and beverage options to choose from in the 2024-25 season.

The days of concession menus limited to burgers, hot dogs, nachos and pretzels are long gone — but don't worry, those staples are still available.

But for those looking for something a little different to eat or snack on this year, EverBank has plenty of options, including many new ones.

“This year, we’re thrilled to introduce several exciting updates, including the debut of our new Duuuval Country Kitchen,” said Marcus Snead, general manager of Delaware North’s operations at EverBank Stadium, in a news release. Delaware North is the stadium's foodservice partner.

“Fans can look forward to fresh made-to-order pizza, a delicious new pretzel offering, and the Duuuval Country Kitchen Express food truck, stationed in the Fan Entertainment Zone," he said. "The truck will serve up Southern favorites like fried chicken, pork chops, and grilled salmon, adding even more flavor to the game day experience.”

Here's a look at what's new this season, with descriptions provided by Delaware North.

New dining options in the Gallagher Club at EverBank

New dining options in the Gallagher Club include these from Duuuval Country Kitchen:

• Shrimp ‘n Grits : Shrimp, andouille sausage, celery, onions, green pepper, seasonings, yellow corn cheddar grits.

• Beef Short Ribs : Braised short ribs, roasted root vegetables, yellow corn cheddar grits.

• Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese : Cavatappi pasta blended with American and gouda cheese sauce and lobster meat.

• Mac ‘n Cheese Side Dish : Cavatappi pasta blended with American and gouda cheese sauce.

• Collard Greens Side Dish : Braised with ham hocks.

New menu items from Lucky’s, also in the Gallagher Club:

• Orange Chicken : Tempura-battered fried chicken pieces tossed in orange sauce with sautéed vegetables served atop jasmine rice.

• General Tsao’s Chicken : Tempura-battered fried chicken pieces tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce with sautéed vegetables served atop jasmine rice.

Elsewhere in the stadium, Jaguars fans can several other new menu items, including these:

• 1 ^st Down, 2 ^nd Down or Touchdown Burger : A single, double or triple burger with blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and choice of toppings. (Available at the South End Zone Burger Portable)

• Honey Garlic Stinger Chicken Sandwich : Dipped in honey garlic stinger sauce, topped with slaw and fried onions. (Available at the 126 Chicken Portable)

• Buffalo Chicken Sandwich : Dipped in traditional Buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese and slaw. (Available at the 126 Chicken Portable)

• Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich : Dipped in teriyaki sauce, topped with pineapple salsa. (Available at the 126 Chicken Portable)

• Walking Tacos : Fritos or Nacho Cheese Doritos topped with beef, chicken or Impossible meat, cheese sauce, sour cream, salsa and jalapenos. (Available at the 145 Food Market)

• Al’s Pizza will offer three different types of flatbreads (cheese, pepperoni, Buffalo chicken), plus chicken tenders and fries. (Available in Sections 114 and 141)

What's new to drink this season at EverBank Stadium?

Fans 21 and up can find several new beer and liquor options at EverBank Stadium. They include:

• Santo Tequila is available at the new Santo Bar, located at 136 in the Lower East Gallagher Club and 207 in the Upper West Gallagher Club.

• Vida de Louie tequila will be offered at 239 in the Upper East Gallagher Club.

• Signature Growl pouches will be served at Lugo’s Bar, located at 234 in the Upper East Gallagher Club and also Sections 116 and 143.

• Frozen cocktails Duuuval Dream (Jägermeister and pina colada) and the JAX Crush (Jägermeister and lemonade) are on the menu at the new Jägermeister Bar at Section 117.

• Ancient City Brewing will offer its 1 ^st & Gold Golden Ale, along with Anastasia Island IPA, Augustine’s Orange Amber Ale, Castillo Coconut Porter and Matanzas River Red Ale.
