The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without tight end Evan Engram for the third consecutive week.

Engram, who suffered a hamstring injury during pregame warmups against the Cleveland Browns, has been ruled out for Jacksonville’s game against the Houston Texans.

Second-year tight end Brenton Strange will replace him as he has in each of Jacksonville’s previous games without Engram.

Jacksonville Jaguars questions: Doug Pederson's hot seat and Trevor Lawrence's poor play

“He's doing well. I doubt he'll be able to make this game," head coach Doug Pederson said on Friday. "Again, with the hamstring like that, it's just, they're finicky, let's call it that. So, it'd be a long shot.”

Linebacker Foye Oluokun will also be out with a foot injury he sustained against Buffalo. He did not practice at all this week and will miss his first game as a member of the Jaguars.

Linebacker Devin Lloyd popped up on the Thursday injury report with a knee ailment but returned to practice on Friday wearing a sleeve on his right knee.

He's listed as questionable headed into the game but Pederson said he “should be fine” on Friday morning and it was just soreness.

Jarrian Jones (shoulder), Darnell Savage (quad), Gabe Davis (shoulder) and Lloyd (knee) are all listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s game.

The Texans had an extensive injury report this week. And they could be without several of their offensive stars on Sunday.

Wide receiver Tank Dell was ruled out after missing practice all week with a chest injury. Running back Dameon Pierce will also miss the game with a hamstring injury.

Receiver Nico Collins was a Thursday addition to their list of injured players, marking the seventh offensive player to be hampered this week. He practiced in full on Friday and was not given a game delegation, indicating he'll be active.

Running back Joe Mixon made his return to practice on Friday after missing Houston's last two games with an ankle injury. He's questionable heading into the game on Sunday.

Injuries and game statuses are as follows: Dell (chest, out), Foley Fatukasi (shoulder, questionable), Mixon (ankle, questionable), Pierce (hamstring, out), Jimmie Ward (groin, out).
