    • 1 package (20 pieces) of egg roll wrappers
    • Vegetable oil for frying
    • Sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
    2. Add Vegetables and Seasonings: Stir in the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, and minced garlic. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
