Restraining order issued against city business for unpermitted work

A temporary restraining order has been issued against a Frederick business for unauthorized construction on the sidewalk outside the property in the city of Frederick.

Design Innovations LLC, a construction contracting company, and its owner, Ryan Weinstein, allegedly closed, damaged, and removed sections of the sidewalk in front of the property at 103 E. 7th St., according to the city's complaint.
