    City Charter public hearing and vote officially set for Sept. 19

    The city of Frederick said public hearings and votes on proposed charter amendments will be on Sept. 19.

    The public hearing and vote will mark a major step in the nearly two-year charter review process. At a July 24 workshop, the mayor and Board of Aldermen discussed 19 resolutions that the city Charter Review Committee submitted.
