    Urbana adjusts first, fast to prevail in unique flag football game against Georgia visitors

    URBANA — When the referee blew his whistle to start the game clock Saturday morning, it soon felt like just another girls flag football game. Yet, it was anything but.

    The matchup — between host Urbana and Clarke Central High from Athens, Georgia — was eight months in the making, all the preparation, logistics and fundraising leading to that very moment. There was also the unknown element of how each team’s style would fare against the other.
