Frederick man sentenced to 10 years for DUI offense involving death

A Frederick man on Tuesday was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a fifth DUI offense that resulted in a death from a two-vehicle crash in 2022.

John Michael Hartman Jr., 43, was convicted in September of 10 DUI-related charges, according to a news release from the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office.
