Florida baseball will look to advance in the SEC Tournament when it faces Vanderbilt in an elimination game on Tuesday in Hoover, Ala.

The Florida Gators (28-26, 13-17 SEC) are coming off their fourth SEC series win of the season, taking 2 of 3 at Georgia last weekend to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive. Florida scored 30 runs during the three-gme series.

A win against eight-seed Vanderbilt would help keep nine-seed Florida on the right side of the bubble. Florida will start lefty Pierce Coppola (0-3, 9.28 ERA) against Vanderbilt righty Bryce Cunningham (6-4 4.54 ERA). The winner would advance to face top-seed Tennessee on Wednesday.

Florida is 148-81-1 all-time against Vanderbilt, including 6-8 in neutral-site contests. Last season. Florida played Vanderbilt twice in the SEC Tournament, going 1-1.

Florida has won seven SEC Tournament baseball titles in school history and two under O'Sullivan, with the last one coming in 2015.
