a person is hot and killed by trains in Gastonia approximately 1 to 3 times per year a shocking number of these are suicide or atleast the investigators believe them to be suicide. I personally know one man who called his astrainged wife as he was setting on the tracks waiting for the train to come or her to take him back.the story goes she wouldn't so he sat there till he was eventually hit and killed.i won't name him out of respect for his family and especially his kids.but these stories always remind me of him and what a truly good guy he was.depression is deadly I'm currently in a bad place so I know how the thought of just ending my life would stop all the pain and struggling I'm sure all of us face.thank God though my faith has stopped me so far
