    This is bs. The City of Grand Rapids is 100% responsible!!!! How about diverting some of those funds that's going to be used for silly ass soccer stadium merely for entertainment whereas this is people's lives their homes. The watermain/pipes should've been updated.

    to city officials u have responsibility to your residence to repair damages occurred because a water line which was put in by the city broke now u r not going to do nothing u better figure out a way to help or there be a lot of people with lawyers in your offices and if those residents are smart they will go national on TV to protest then u won't be volunteering help u will be forced by public opinion
