Patrick Hall, a history and political science teacher at Hazard High School and a teacher leader with the Holocaust Education Initiative, will be hosting a paid virtual workshop for regional teachers on May 29. Shrinking funds causes growing concern for child advocacy groups

Four charged with stealing water service
