VICTORVILLE – InventHelp announced, September 27, that a retired teacher from Victorville has developed a new fire suppressant tower design to help mitigate damage to life and property while protecting resources.

The recent Line and Bridge Fires in San Bernardino County have burned approximately 94,000 acres, prompting widespread evacuations in communities like Big Bear and Wrightwood.

Inspired by the impact of such wildfires, the inventor from Victorville created a device to help.

“I invented a device in the hopes it would aid in combating the devastating effects of increasingly virulent and all too frequent wildfires," said the inventor from Victorville. "These fires often consume life and property in remote areas that are at the mercy of delayed response due to difficult terrain.”

The inventor says the fire suppressant tower design and function serve to accelerate detection and response time to help minimize the destruction.

    InventHelp submission services

InventHelp submission services help relieve some of the burden of getting a product idea into a competitive market.

This includes referring inventors to affordable patent attorneys and marketing – they can provide 3D-print prototype models, setting up invention websites, providing technical drawings and trade show marketing.

The original fire detection and suppressant tower design was submitted to the San Diego sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.

"As a retired high school teacher, I hope to set an example for students by trying to leave the world a better place than I found it," said the Victorville inventor.
